Where: Johnny Cake Park East: 5800 140th St W – Apple Valley
- NEW: Kiddie Parade, lineup at 4:30 p.m., Scott Highlands Middle School, and 5 p.m. walk to Johnny Cake Park East (0.4 mile). Registration required here by June 28. Children 12 years or under are invited to bring their Fourth of July decorated bikes, trikes, scooters, strollers, wagons, and other ride-on toys! Participating children will receive a goodie bag. No eBikes, eMotos, eScooters, hoverboards, or gas-powered vehicles. (Battery powered ride-on toys are allowed). Helmets are required for bikes and scooters. Parents/guardians must be present for the entire event.
- Carnival Rides 5-9:30 p.m. with $20 ride armband from 5-9 p.m.
